Hawaii's Most Experienced, Knowledgeable, and Reliable
Paranormal Research and Investigations Group
A Non-Profit Organization
![]() Intro It all began when a former employee of DHL, who claimed to be a psychic, told her fellow co-workers that she felt the presence of a group of entities residing in the Warehouse. She also lead employees around the warehouse and told them that there were cold spots in certain areas. Since then, the employees began feeling the so called presence of the entities. They started seeing apparitions, hearing the sounds of objects moving on their own, and heard voices and laughter. Because of all of these events and the questions that the employees had as to what exactly was going on, Lance Maeda, DHL's District Field Services Manager, contacted Preston Galera of Hawaiian Island Ghost Hunters. Lance mentioned that several employees were so bothered by the events that they requested to change shifts. He also showed Preston a video of supposed Paranormal activity. Intrigued by the claims, Preston immediately contacted Blaise and they set up the date for the investigation. In the meantime, Blaise had been speaking to a reporter from the Honolulu Advertiser name Mike Gordon. Mike had stumbled onto H.I.G.H.'s website and was intrigued at what the team did. Eager to learn more about Paranormal Investigations and to make the public aware of what "Ghost Hunters" do, Mike agreed to follow along with the Hawaiian Island Ghost Hunters and do a story on the events of the night. And so it began... |

| Claims
(Reference Locations on Map) 1) Years ago, a “claimed” sensitive said that there are a bunch of spirits hanging around in the upstairs office area.
2) Client claims that there is one documented incident where a shadow was caught on the video camera surveillance sitting in the cab of one of the delivery trucks. This was around 2 am when no one was working. Preston retrieved a copy of the footage. It shows a worker pushing a cart or boxes out of the warehouse with a flatbed truck in the back of him. As he exits the gate, the hazard lights begin to flash. The employee was alone and the hazard lights must be activated by physically flipping a switch in the cab.

3) Before the lunchroom was carpeted, the sound of chairs being tossed around could be heard from the office below. Upon investigation, all the chairs and tables were in place.
4) Another claimed sensitive felt numerous cold spots in the warehouse area.
5) Renovations are currently being done because the company is losing one of their offices. It is claimed that one of the contractors experienced something so scary that he will no longer work alone in the area.
6) A security guard was performing his rounds and was in the process of checking in on one of the “badge” readers. He looked upstairs at the second floor window and saw the blinds part as though someone had peeked to see him. No one was in the building.
7) An employee was working early in the morning all alone. He heard the sound like someone was popping their finger from their mouth followed by the sound of a little girl’s laughter. He shouted out “stop it.” He then heard the same sound and laughter again.
8) An employee heard the sound of little girls having a discussion in the warehouse area. No one else was on the premises at the time. He could not distinctly make out what the conversation was about.
9) An employee was sitting in his office on the second floor when he saw someone pass by his office door. He called out his co-worker’s name thinking she had come in early. When he got no reply, he got up to check who had come in and passed his doorway. No one else was there but him.
10) Several employees have reported the sound of the company vans squeaking and rocking as they are closing up the warehouse. This occurs at the back of the ware house inside of the conveyor belt.
11) Footsteps can be heard walking on the stairway leading to the second floor offices.
12) It was mentioned to me that a contractor had died on the site when the warehouse was being erected.

He neither saw nor heard anyone leave the area.
15) Van doors were heard slamming on their own while no employees were in the area of the vans. (This claim was learned on the night of the investigation.) |
